Established in February 2018 under the Companies Act (Chapter 24:03), Isle of Guernsey is an independent enterprise built from the bottom up by its management team. It operates as a transport company for the hauling of various industrial and consumer goods. Since inception, the company has had the privilege of providing exceptional transport and logistics services to various clients and individuals.

What we are obliged to do as Guernsey
Our principal role is to engineer the timely delivery of goods on behalf of clients through concise management of a fleet of truck and trailer units equipped to haul dry bulk commodities, bagged goods, timber poles, grains, groceries, among others. We uphold to ensure the safety and zero-damage of all goods ferried.

Marvin is a graduate from National University of Science and Technology, Zimbabwe and is in possession of a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Banking and a Masters’ Degree in Finance and Investment. Marvin has over seven years’ experience in the transport sector, having worked in Botswana in a managerial capacity for Sarmakand Projects, a road transport entity. Having been actively involved in the business setup and overall achievement, Marvin oversaw the expansion of the fleet from 2 Tractor Units to 6 units in a space of 3 years.
A budding accounting services practitioner of note with a tertiary qualification from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST). He brings to the company invaluable experience from such organizations with solid work ethic as ZB Bank Limited, RCP Belmont Printing, Chisipite Drilling, Concrete Masters, and Astro Communications. Tinashe is responsible for the administrative hub of the company, including operational liaison with clients and scheduling of internal processes such as contracting, bookings, invoicing, banking, payroll management and corporate liaison with stakeholders.
Ruvimbo is the group accountant, joined the team in January 2023. A career accountant who holds a first degree in BSC(Hons) in Accountancy and MCOM in Accounting and Corporate Governance/GRAD ICSA. She has more than 6years experience in the accounting field, before joining the team, she once worked for Kadoma City Council, Frazier Logistics Pvt Ltd, among others.
Patrick is a young and versatile administrator with proven organizational skills and thorough knowledge of corporate policies and procedures. He has excellent people skills and a good communicator with an extensive strategic planning capabilities. He is a holder of an MSC in Strategic Management, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Entrepreneurship degree and a certificate in digital marketing. Patrick has worked for the rapid results initiatives project for Mashonaland West with the goal of rebranding Mashonaland into becoming a tourist destination province.
Calvin is a service-delivery practitioner of note, with a tertiary qualification from Harare Poly technic. A firm believer in streamlined production and service delivery methodologies, Calvin brings to the team innovative logistics initiatives gained from previous work engagements with Bakers Inn, Nyaradzo and Eskort Manufacturing of South Africa. He has over five years’ experience in the transport and logistics services sector.
Farai is an energetic and vibrant human resources manager offering extensive experience within a federally regulated logistics environment. She is an innovative individual with a proven track record in marketing, human resources programs, including employee recruitment and retention benefits administration among others. Farai holds a BCom in Marketing with Midlands State University and is pursuing a certificate with IPMZ
